Customer Service Representative

• About the role
• To be successful in this role, you will
• Provide consistent and high-quality service standard to our customers, embedding a First Time Right culture
• Be able to commit to a roster with hours ranging from 5.30am -5.00pm
• Provide solution-based outcomes with an emphasis on customer experience
• Manage your own work performance to meet set objectives
• Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure business compliance to relevant governance requirements
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, escalations and complaints Schedule customer deliveries to ensure best use of warehouse capacity
• We are looking for people who
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• An exceptional eye for detail and creative problem-solving approach
• Adapt quickly to changing customer priorities and needs in a fast-paced environment
• High resilience level and the ability to cope well under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP(an advantage)
