As the State Care & Safety Manager your role is to drive the Safety operational plans to implement continuous improvement plans across all stores. You will oversee the implementation of Endeavour Group plans into all sites as well as the coaching of key functional and line managers in the implementation and continuous improvement of Safety, Health and Environment performance.

This role is based in Queensland and covers from Coffs Harbours to Cairns. Travel is required in this role, however a company car is part of the remuneration package.

You will either have a safety or a retail operations background and be confident to work hands on with our Area and Store managers to help deliver our "Stay Safe" message.
