PICA Group are now looking for a Strata Manager or Trainee Strata Manager to join our BCS Melbourne CBD branch. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings of residential buildings and building great relationships with our customers. Join us and work toward progressing your career in Strata.

Your duties will include the following :

• Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
• Managing a portfolio of smaller building, with low complexity and a great opportunity for additional earnings.
• Always delivering high quality of customer service in any situation.
• Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.
• Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.
• Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
• Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
