The client

Established for close to 20 years, our client is a leading player in the master-planned community development space. Since their inception, they have completed 25 projects and have over 1000 lots in their development pipeline, which will be delivered in the coming years. The business is well funded, and they are continuing to search for and acquire new sites for development.

The role

Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an integral role in the business, as you will devise and implement marketing strategies for their development projects. Key responsibilities will include :

To be considered for this opportunity, ideally, you must have experience in property marketing with a developer. We are keen to speak with candidates at a Marketing Manager level or Marketing Coordinator / Executives looking to take the next step in their career. Other key requirements include :
