The role
Your duties will include but are not limited to :
- Develop and deliver a written workforce plan with accompanying HR metrics and insights
- Identify organisational risks and gaps, and design targeted strategies to address them
- Collaborate with departments and guide strategic workforce conversations
- Translate HR and business data into clear, actionable reporting
- Contribute to organisational design, job architecture, and performance frameworks
- Engage stakeholders and collaborate with HRBPs, Talent, and L&D teams
- Support and uplift HRBPs with toolkits, advice and practical frameworks
About you
Proven experience in workforce planning, OD, or senior HR strategy rolesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsConfident working independently and presenting proposals to senior leadersExperience with reporting, interpreting workforce data, and building business casesBackground in education, healthcare, or regulated sectors ideal - but not essentialComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment - with a bit of spark and energy!What's on offer?
