Due to recent growth a new opportunity exists for an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join our client on a permanent basis. In this role you will be joining a collaborative team of 4 who work across the Organisation. You will have your own portfolio to focus on and this particular role looks after the employee lifecycle as well as the monthly employee engagement surveys.

You will also be consulting with the business to spot different opportunities. A lot of this role is project management. You will be responsible for doing learning needs analysis and translating the needs into a programme offering.
