Principal - Organisational Development

This is a permanent full-time position. You will be paid a competitive annual salary of $141,184 - $156,967 (ICAC Officer Grade 6), plus employer's contribution to superannuation (currently 11%) and annual leave loading.

A talent pool may be created for future ongoing and temporary, full-time / part-time positions that may arise over the next 18 months.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) was established in 1988 as an independent organisation to protect the public interest, prevent breaches of public trust and guide the conduct of public officials in the NSW public sector. We are committed to :

• Investigating and exposing corrupt conduct in the NSW public sector
• Preventing corruption through advice and assistance
• Educating the NSW community and public sector about corruption and its effects.

The Commission is based in the Sydney CBD and provides a variety of flexible working arrangements.

• Broad and substantial knowledge and experience in organisational and individual development and learning, inclusion, culture, leadership, engagement and change.
• Demonstrated skills in leading and managing cross organisational projects, including collaboration with stakeholders and specialists.
• Well-developed relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan, prioritise and monitor team and individual workloads.
• Demonstrated understanding of e-learning capabilities, and ability to develop content and administer a learning management system.
• Proven ability to be proactive, conduct research and analysis, promote best practice, make considered recommendations, and implement change.
• Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and knowledge of NSW public sector conditions of employment and relevant legislation will be well regarded.
