CIMIC Group Limited is the parent of our various Operating Companies. CIMIC sets the strategic direction, financial expectations, risk profile and governance framework for the CIMIC Group and monitors the performance of its Operating Companies (CPB Contractors, Leighton Asia, Sedgman, UGL, Pacific Partnerships and EIC Activities).
The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative and co-ordination support to the General Counsel, Chief People & Administration Officer and Executive General Manager of Project Controls, Audit & Transformation to meet organisation priorities, with a specific focus on effective internal and external stakeholder management as related to above areas.
Key responsibilities for the role includeProvide administrative support to Executives.Work with the General Counsel, Chief People & Administration Officer and Executive General Manager of Project Controls, Audit & Transformation to manage day to day diaries to ensure key priorities and deadlines are achieved.Assist in the preparation / formatting of documents and papers as required.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong and positive branding.Manage travel requirements as per budget and company policy.Manage relevant systems approvals, invoice / budget processes and corporate expenses as per company policies.Assist to forward plan key events and requirements.Work with all Executive Assistants and Administration teams with co-ordination requirements from across CIMIC and the Operating Group.Provide guidance & support to the Operational Companies related teams regarding requirements, events and CIMIC Group reporting.Smooth management of calendars of Executives.Strong internal and external stakeholder relations.Deadlines achieved for key events that require co-ordination from the team. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.Education and Qualifications required for this roleDegree in related discipline
