Pay Rate starting from $42.96 per hour plus OT and allowances - Up to 12 hours a day.

We are currently seeking multiple field-based positions to join our crews.

These include :

Support the delivery of concrete works and repairs. You'll be involved in reading and understanding plans, procedures, and technical data sheets (TDS), helping to implement the program of works, and maintaining accurate site records. Experience in concrete repair or placement is highly desirable.

Contribute your skills to timber bridge rehabilitation. Ideally, you'll have a carpentry background, a chainsaw ticket, and experience with timber structures. As a leading hand, you'll guide the team, maintain site documentation, and ensure safety and productivity on site.

General Civil Leading HandThis is a varied and hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a civil or maintenance background. You'll supervise field activities such as brush cutting, chainsaw operation, and minor works while ensuring the program of works is delivered efficiently and safely.

All roles offer the opportunity to work on unique infrastructure projects that support regional development and local communities.
