We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our Installation team in Perth. In this position you will be integral to supporting the installation team in ensuring a smooth and effective delivery for our customers and team. This includes updating schedules and milestones, preparing inspection documentation, managing cash flow, invoicing, and handling the project review reporting.

What will you be doing?
- Preparing, monitoring, reviewing, creating, and processing project documentation.
- Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
- Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the management team.
- Liaising with key stakeholders including site & project managers on administrative, financial & compliance matters.
- Managing internal workflow from start to finish / Installation to Service.
- Coordinating subcontractor compliance.
- Successfully utilise software packages and online data management systems such as MS office Suite, Hammertech, Aconex & Payapps.
- Supervising and coordinating tasks and activities of project teams to ensure continuity and correct sequence of work.
- As required, support the broader project administration team in areas such as procurement, accounts / invoices, plant management and training.
What are we looking for?
Relevant qualifications within the built environment / business management are preferred but not required.Prior working experience in the lift, construction, or allied industry is preferred but not required.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to strict deadlines.Ability to operate independently and use initiative whilst being able to operate within a team and contribute as required.Understanding of site documentation such as plans, specifications etc.There's so much more to KONE than you may realise.
