We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our clients team due to securing new contracts. In this role, you'll work closely with the finance department and report directly to the Payroll Manager with in a team of 4.

Responsibility

Supporting payroll for 350 employees on a fortnightly basisAccurately enter and maintain payroll-related dataEnsure timely completion of timesheets and leave requestsProvide administrative support to the finance team as neededRespond to payroll-related queries via phone, email, and in person

About you : Role

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 + years experience in Payroll end to end. To succeed in this role you will need to have :

Strong attention to detailExcellent administrative and organisational skillsThe ability to work well independently and as part of a team

This is an ongoing temporary full-time role, so full availability, Monday to Friday.
