The Office / Project Administrator is responsible for the successful management of day-to-day operation of the office and supporting the Managing Director.
As a key member of the Intellect Systems management team, you will work closely in a collegiate manner with the Managing Director and your peers in the delivery of the Company's strategic and annual business plans whilst ensuring the Company's reputation for high quality services and client satisfaction is maintained.
The Office / Project Administrator shall ensure effective business operations and provide support where requested.
The core areas of responsibility of this role include :
Reception, greeting of clients / vendors and other visitors to the officeCo-ordination and maintenance of office supplies, kitchen supplies and equipmentManage booking of site inductions, medicals, training and other site requirements for personnelBook all travel, taxi, accommodation and car hire for site travel as requiredPerform general administration activities as requiredManagement of all incoming and outgoing transmittalsDocument control using TeamBinder or any specific project / client requirementsManagement of all building issues and queriesProvide support to Human Resources department as requiredPrevious experience in mobilisation is preferredStrong experience in TeamBinder is advantageous
