this is an exciting time to join an established business and play a key role in their growth journey!The RoleReporting into a fantastic, supportive HR Leader, your role as Human Resources Business Partner will see you sit within the growing P&C function and manage a small team across the people-services function. With a focus on coaching stakeholders and implementing key people initiatives, you will work closely with leadership to develop and implement key people initiatives with genuine autonomy and backing from leadership. A passion for coaching, process improvement and strategic projects, you will oversee a small team and utilise your passion for HR in this ambitious and fast-growing business.
