360 Account Manager

About the Role :

Protech is seeking a driven and proactive 360 Account Manager to join our Canberra team. This is a client-facing role that blends recruitment expertise with account management offering the opportunity to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional workforce solutions to both existing and new clients.

As a 360 Account Manager you will :

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients across the Canberra region.
• Conduct frequent site visits to engage with clients and field employees running toolbox talks job starts and site inspections.
• Oversee HSE and compliance management for field employees.
• Source screen and onboard candidates including interviews reference checks compliance and inductions.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements onboarding and site inductions.
• Handle day-to-day employee management including payroll queries PPE distribution and performance matters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other Protech branches to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
