- Responsibilities and Duties
- Be the go to person in our ACT business, helping set the strategy and deliver on business objectives across the region
- Work with both the operations and sales business units to assist in developing business plans to achieve growth targets
- Provide structured feedback around competitors, market and industry trends to assist in developing strategies to support the growth of your state and member base.
- Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product and process revisions
- Coordinate with operations, sales and marketing business units in product development activities
- Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, members event and other promotional activities
- Take ownership and responsibility for moving a customer through the sales funnel by working closely with the national phone sales team to ensure an outcome is reached for each customer and each interaction
- Address any customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamic.
- Conduct customer pipeline reviews weekly / monthly to ensure no leakage points or missed customer opportunities during the sales process and ensuring each lead / customer interaction reached an outcome
- Educating customers on ways to run a successful Rideshare career. Mentorship and driver training / coaching
- Have a working knowledge and all required systems and platforms such as CRM and billing systems
- Provide insight and commentary to weekly and monthly reporting metrics
- Escalating member enquiries to different teams & departments where required
- Complaint and conflict resolution when required
