Communications And Content Manager

Our client is a reputable non-bank lender focusing on helping small businesses grow successfully. They are seeking and experienced Communications and Content manager.

• Day to day activities
• Creating, strategising, designing, and producing content for various channels
• Overseeing marketing data and target lists, as well as managing processes for external communications
• Identifying and capitalising on communication opportunities within events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives
• Devising and implementing content strategies that cover the entire customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, education, retention, issue resolution, upselling, and more
• Handling internal marketing communications to promote brand messages, adhere to brand guidelines, and ensure consistent representation of products and services.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, PR, communications or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong experience with various business writing styles, design and editing responsibilities
• Strong Spreadsheet, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong working knowledge of various digital and social content platforms
• Solid engagement and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in DTP / Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
• Marketing automation software experience (desirable)
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
