El1 Assistant Directors, People Property And

The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice and processes. The team has the following sections : Workforce Strategy, HR Operations and Employee Relations, Work Health and Safety, Property and Security, and HR Systems and Reporting.

• What we are looking for

There are two immediate vacancies, an Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy and an Assistant Director, HR Change Management. We are also looking to establish a merit pool to fill future positions in the following areas within People, Property and Security :

• Workforce Strategy
• HR Operations and Employee Relations
