Property Manager

PLR is a boutique local business that prides itself on delivering transparent, passionate, and unparalleled service to its clients.

Our office is based in Two Rocks, and we specialize in buying, selling, and managing investment properties along the northern coastal corridor up to Guilderton.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. Candidates must possess :

• A current Property Management Registration & CPD Points
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Property Tree software (preferred but not essential)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• A minimum of 2 years' experience managing their own portfolio

You will be responsible for all day-to-day tasks involved in managing a portfolio of approximately 90+ properties end-to-end, assisting in portfolio growth, with no trust accounting or PCRs, as these are outsourced. You will work alongside two other Property Managers.

This position is Monday to Friday and includes a mobile phone and use of a company car. Salary is negotiable based on experience, with an immediate start preferred.
