The Position

This position sits within their Retail Division, under strong leadership and in a social and supportive team. You will take ownership of a retail portfolio with some interesting and well-known assets within Western Australia.

You will use your commercial experience to meet the financial and performance targets of your portfolio on a monthly and annual basis. You will take on responsibility for liaising with all stakeholders to provide and present a first class management service. This position will be an integral part in maximising revenue and capital value of assets.

Other responsibilities will include the review and execution of lease renewals, annual rent reviews, tenant retention strategies, working with leasing consultants and ensuring a strong level of rapport with the support staff.

To be successful in this role you will require :

• Previous experience managing a portfolio within a commercial property agency.
• An understanding of Retail Tenancy Act regulations.
• A high level of numeracy / financial skills.
• Tertiary education in a finance or property-related field is desirable but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• And of course, enthusiasm and a passion for retail!
