CORE RESPONSIBILITIESProvide exceptional customer service to ensure our overall objectives are met.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Ability to take 50 - 120 calls per day.Engage with customers to gain and understanding of their requirements and then directing them to the relevant department within the business to provide further expertise (e.g. Bulk quotes, Plant quotes)Processing sales.Development of product knowledge to be able to provide advice on add-on products or alternatives and to be able to remain confident in responding to customer questions.To engage with customers in a professional way that promotes increasing revenue opportunities, sales effectiveness and builds positive brand awareness.Promote in house customer incentive programs,Meeting departmental KPIsEnsuring departmental non-negotiables are adhered to.Ensuring Business Non-Negotiables are adhered to.Participate in ongoing Customer Sales training.Liase with other departments in a professional manner to ensure customer needs are met.Reporting to Customer Sales Supervisor and Sales Team Leader.ABOUT YOUPrevious experience in salesPrevious experience in a call center environmentAbility to deliver excellent Customer Sales skills.Have high computer literacy skills.Have ability to multi-task.Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Have excellent time management and organisation skills.Have high attention to detail skills.Have a passion for learning.Have a positive can-do attitude and work well within a team.Must be available to work weekends occasionally if required.Job TypeCasualPay : $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
