Our Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS) team creates, develops and deploys air traffic management systems that are critical for safe aircraft movement. With products covering 40% of the world's airspace, we enable the safe take-off and landing of 2 in 3 aircrafts globally.

Working from our Melbourne Office in the World Trade Centre on Wurundjeri land. You will play a key role in leading the effective implementation and execution of the HSE strategy across Thales Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS) operations and projects in Australia and the region.

• Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to align outcomes with the HSE strategy as a trusted advisor.
• Implement the functional HSE management system requirements, end-to-end.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and community groups.
• Lead reporting and investigations of hazards, incidents, and injuries, ensuring follow-ups and support for Claims and Fitness for Work activities.
• Conduct HSE audits and inspections to identify and rectify non-compliance issues
• Proactively identify and address workplace health, safety, and environmental risks
