Do you thrive in a collaborative, growth-focused environment?My client is an award-winning global general insurer, and they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Underwriter to join their highly experienced team within a stable and expanding organisation.This role is based in Brisbane CBD and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic part of the business, focusing on standard risks across property, casualty, and financial lines.In this role, you'll develop your underwriting skills, working closely with experienced team members.

You'll be involved in : Pre-underwriting and marketing activities.Managing products and services for standard risks.Basic administration of third parties.Submission entry and system bookings.Broker query handling and report preparation.General administrative support, including bordereau processing and broker portal management.Assisting with audits and maintaining online quoting systems.Ensuring exceptional service to brokers and clients.About You : Previous administration experience is ideal.Customer service experience is highly desirable.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to drive for results and focus on outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment and contribute to a team known for its collaboration and innovative technology.
