• Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate squad schedules, sprints, and cadence to ensure efficient delivery of business value.
• Support and manage vendors, including onboarding, SoWs, governance, and alignment to clients ways of working.
• Serve as the liaison to other divisions such as Technology, Cyber, Data, Digital, and BPI.
• Foster a trusting and safe environment for open communication and collaborative problem-solving within the team.
• Guide the team through technical release management and act as a central point of contact for vendors and Centre of Excellence teams.
• Lead the identification and management of impediments hindering team progress.
• Champion Agile best practices and lead Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and maintain a story map, ensuring clear communication of tactical plans to stakeholders.
• Analyze factors affecting team performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Enhance transparency of work and facilitate internal communication channels.
• Provide support to team members using a servant leadership style.
