The Energy & Resources (E&R) Program is responsible for delivering $335m of impact and value to improve the safety, reliability, resilience and productivity of the energy and resources sectors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region.
The Customer Lead, under the direction of the E&R Sector Lead and as part of the broader E&R team, is responsible for ensuring successful customer relationship management with energy and resources sector customers. The Customer Lead also manages the portfolio of projects and initiatives with assigned customers, coordinating across the Bureau to ensure proposals are developed and costed, and projects delivered.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Lead with demonstrated experience in delivering to customer expectations, and in co-developing solutions with customers. Our customers are external, however we work on projects with resources from across all sections of the Bureau, as well as within the Energy & Resources program. An understanding of customer management, science and operational forecasting is essential to the success of this role.
