We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our dynamic People & Culture team!
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve recruitment goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective job descriptions
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals
- Stay current in industry trends, best practices and legal requirements in Talent Acquisition
- Analyse and maintain recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify area's for improvement
- Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stake holders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
