Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our dynamic People & Culture team!

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve recruitment goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective job descriptions
• Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals
• Stay current in industry trends, best practices and legal requirements in Talent Acquisition
• Analyse and maintain recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify area's for improvement
• Requirements
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals
• A strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stake holders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
