Are you an experienced marketing leader with a passion for strategy, execution, and team development? We're looking for a dynamic Group Marketing Manager to take ownership of the full marketing function across our brands - Momentum Wealth and Westbridge Funds Management.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a small but high performing in-house team to deliver strategic campaigns that build awareness, attract investors, drive engagement, and support the long-term growth of both businesses. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, creative thinking, and a proactive mindset to guide a performance-driven marketing function.

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing initiatives across both brands

Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with organisational goals

Strengthen brand presence and ensure consistency across all platforms and communications

Design and manage lead generation and nurture campaigns, leveraging CRM tools and automation

Oversee execution of digital, content, PR and event strategies

Guide, support and mentor a small in-house marketing team

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business priorities

Manage budgets, timelines and external agency relationships

What You'll Bring A minimum of 5+ years' experience in senior marketing roles

Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline

Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire high-performing teams

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics

Excellent planning and organisational capabilities

A proactive, self-directed approach with a high level of accountability

Highly Regarded Experience in property, finance or professional services sectors

Background in services marketing with a strong understanding of customer journey strategy
