You will ensure that MyIntegra delivers a high-quality service that facilitates positive client outcomes, whilst operating sustainably.

You will also help prepare MyIntegra for the transition to NDIS Navigation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence : Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance process efficiencies, with an emphasis on optimising caseload management and refining the measurement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs),Workforce Management : Day to day management of a best-in-class administration team, reporting on performance and customer trends and satisfaction,Quality and Compliance : Stay updated on legislative and regulatory reforms, industry trends, and sector developments for business planning and organisational response.
