Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a National Partnerships Account Manager to join our National Sales team in Sydney.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Partnerships, the National Partnerships Account Manager is accountable for the performance across the full portfolio of MHA brands within the nominated set of accounts, namely LVMH and associated businesses, corporate accounts, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and events across culture and sport.
Job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Creating joint business plans focusing on generating mutual benefits and commercial return for MH (e.g., corporate gifting, corporate events / dinners / tastings, staff training and incentives, portfolio & single brand experiences)End-to-end account management – paying close personal attention to efficient order fulfilment, working with internal and external customer servicesFull P&L and A&P responsibilitiesWork closely with the Marketing team to get our brands in front of the right consumerDesign, run, and report on brand activationsCreate and host regular selling events (e.g., tastings, dinners, brand experiences)Build and maintain an active contact network with corporate & HNWI clients (maintenance of client details in accordance with Australian data protection and privacy legislation)Host dinners and experiences as required (may include out-of-hours and weekends)Use all prospecting tools available effectively (e.g., brochures, calling, referrals, digital / online) to contact and recruit Corporate & HNWI clientsNetwork with MH Account managers across the country to gather and activate new Corporate / HNWI sales leadsEnsure effective and smooth relationships are maintained with key customers to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance, and goodwillEnsure excellent relationships with main decision-makers in the national head offices, State offices, and individual outlets of customersProfileWHO YOU ARE At Moët Hennessy we believe in embodying our five values in everything that we do – you will have an engaging personality and aspirit of conquest approach to work and life, being able to influence key stakeholders with elegance and integrity to achieve business wins. To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience :
