Reporting to the Senior Manager of People and Culture, this role partners with Sector Leaders across the employee life cycle by developing strong stakeholder relationships to define people prioritises, implement group people initiatives and drive change and capability development at all levels to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
Proactively partner with stakeholder group on all people matters across the employee life cycle including recruitment, induction and onboarding, talent management, performance management, retention and succession for growth.
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner or talented Senior HR Adviser looking for a career move.
You will have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate the ability to build relationships at all levels and be a strong influence.
