Customer Care Officer

We have a customer facing role available in our busy Stockland Rockhampton retail centre.  Based on our concierge desk, you will be providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.

A permanent part time opportunity, 60 hours per fortnight.  The hours of work are based on fortnightly roster, week one, Tuesday – Friday and week two, Tuesday to Saturday.

Your tasks will include :

• Addressing diverse customers’ needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland’s brand essence
• Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business
• Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre
• Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
• Follow all public liability incident management process
• Ad hoc administration
