Your Role :

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of department, branch, and corporate goals relative to profit, growth, service producer and client relations.

Responsibilities : Book Management

Achieve new business, rate and retention targets for assigned book of business to support the achievement of Hub / Unit / SBU / Branch revenue and profit goals via a number of key strategies, including :

• Design and implementation of effective portfolio analysis, profit and retention strategies.
• Collaboration with NUC and other internal customers regarding book management strategy and maintenance of “one voice” with brokers; provide feedback and possible solutions to NUC.
• Monitoring / reporting on status of open claims for assigned accounts and make recommendations.
• Thorough and considered preparation for account reviews with management, demonstrating knowledge of risk, industry, competitive environment and Chubb’s products and capabilities.
