Austens Pty Ltd is a small accounting firm located in Port Melbourne. We are currently looking for a part time office administration person / reception to start ASAP. Hours will be from Monday - Friday, 9.30am to 3pm but flexible on hours
Duties will include :
- Answering / coordinating phone calls
- Organising incoming and outgoing mail / post
- Office administration - e.g. ordering supplies, liaising with suppliers
- Meet / greet clients - tea / coffee
- Trust account data processing
- Data processing in Xero - accounts receivable / payable
- Corporate secretarial duties via BGL
- Scanning documents
- Filing documents on SharePoint
- Assist accountants with admin - letters, scanning, follow ups, filing
