Senior internal role - manage your own portfolio

Reporting to the Head of TA, working as a true business partner and part of a dynamic team; you will be expected to consult and partner with your hiring managers whilst using a variety of strategies to source the best people.
Working within the broader HR function you will contribute to the ongoing success of the in-house talent team with the aim of delivering a seamless recruitment service to the business. This is a low-volume, high-touch position, where there will be space to offer a true value add partnering service to your business units.
To be successful with this role you will have prior internal end-to-end recruitment experience and a proven ability to source for a variety of roles and at all levels within a well-branded corporate, qualified or professional environment. You will be looking for a role where you can partner closely with stakeholders and build credible relationships. You will demonstrate a strong ability to prioritise your workload and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
You will enjoy working with a strong brand in the industry, within a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse portfolio of roles and streamlining processes.
