Corefleet, with a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW & VIC, has become a leading supplier in light commercial vehicle rental, leasing, including setup and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas, and civil construction sectors. We are seeking a Business Development Manager - North QLD.

This role reports to the Eastern Regional Manager and is based in Mackay, with regular travel to Moranbah. The key responsibilities include :

Developing and executing regional sales plans to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.Identifying and developing new business opportunities within North QLD through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.Managing client relationships throughout all sales cycle phases.Providing market, customer, and project feedback using the tools provided.Preparing accurate and timely reports as required.The ideal candidate will have :

Proven experience in B2B sales and business development with successful results.Experience in the motor vehicle industry or industrial services environment.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related fields (advantageous).Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Manual driving license (C class) essential.We offer a competitive salary package.
