About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with The Andersen Partnership, you’ll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional candidates with great clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while growing your portfolio and driving business development.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the 360-degree recruitment process , from sourcing candidates to securing placements
• Conduct daily candidate searches and build strong talent communities to meet client needs
• Consistently achieve KPIs and monthly / quarterly targets while growing your client base
• Build strong, professional relationships with both candidates and clients
• Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a positive, resilient outlook
