Overview

This Company is seeking an experienced Chapter Lead to support a talented group of 12–15 Project and Program Managers working across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The role

In this people-focused leadership role, you’ll provide coaching, delivery oversight, and act as an advisor to PMs with varying levels of experience.

Key responsibilities :

• Coach and mentor PMs to uplift delivery capability across the portfolio
• Onboard new PMs into "the way we work" – tools, standards, culture
• Promote consistent delivery practices in line with PMO standards
• Support hybrid delivery – agile, waterfall, and everything in between (DevOps boards in use)
• Act as a sounding board for project challenges and delivery roadblocks
• Join PMs in Steering Committees to help navigate senior stakeholder engagement when needed
