What's the role on offer?We are seeking a dedicated
Ground Operations Trainer and Standards Officerto join our team. This important role involves delivering comprehensive training and support to our ground service providers across Australia, ensuring consistent, safe, and efficient ground operations. You will be a key contact for our service providers, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards and promote continuous improvement.This role requires regular travel to various airports across WA / NT and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and safety of our ground operations network.

Have strong experience in airport ground operations, particularly in ramp and customer serviceAre confident delivering training to individuals and groups with clear communication and professionalismCan build positive working relationships with service providers, clients, and colleaguesAre proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify and resolve operational issues efficientlyAdapt well to changing environments and work independently as part of a national teamAre willing and able to travel regularly within WA and NT (including providing annual leave coverage at Cape Preston Aerodrome)What do you need to succeed?To succeed in this role, you will need :
