Reporting to the Group Manager Future Workforce, the Future Workforce Administrator works closely with Future Workforce teammates, ensuring workshops and events are run successfully, intranet pages are engaging and up to date, and that Culture and L&D projects are implemented.
Additionally, the role will oversee procurement activities and complete monthly people reporting, while overseeing training administration tasks, including managing compliance training data, updating training attendance, and managing contractor compliance training.
We're looking for someone that has a passion for working collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills and customer-service focus.

South East Water operates a 24 / 7 service environment. Whilst this role does not involve after-hours rostered duty, all employees may be required to provide out of hours support from time to time as required.
