The Organisational Consultant role will provide a range of organisational psychology services to our clients and support our passionate Learning team. This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews administering psychometric assessments providing coaching and supervision programs to individuals and groups implementing specialist peer support programs and completing reports as required.
