Customer Service Team Member

At Smash Splash, we want to create a positive space where releasing that stress is a fun and empowering experience! With a variety of different rooms, our customers enjoy taking their frustrations out on plates, tvs and anything else that they can smash.

We have great opportunity for a Customer Service Superstar to join our team in Sydney. The position will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys the concept of what we do. Working 3 - 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday) your responsibilities include :

• Welcome, assist and induct all customers to the rooms
• Coordinate bookings, customer inquiries and requests
• Promote services and promotional activities
• Facilitate safety inductions, clean and set up rooms
• Maintain stock, materials and equipment

To be considered you must have lots energy and a customer focused attitude that is committed to creating memorable moments for everyone.

Part-time hours : 24 per week
