Manage subcontractor and head contract variationsAdminister subcontractor claimsCompile monthly commercial reportsManaging contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliersEnsure compliance across contracts and project documentationSupport continuous improvement in contract systems / administration The Criteria
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or related field3+ years' commercial experience, ideally in contract adminStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail with contract interpretation skillsAustralian permanent residency required
