Your challenge
Co-ordination and assistance in SCM projects with customers and suppliers
Regular analysis of SCM KPIs (e.g. delivery performance, Fill Rate, Customer Service Excellence, On Time Submission of Documents, and inventory management)
Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders Starting from placing of orders till Invoicing and delivery, mainly Drop Shipments & direct shipments from Vendors to customers.
Coordinate the complete SC from placing the order internally to Delivery to the warehouse and to end customers.
Co-operation with sales department
Implementation of internal optimization measures
3PL Operations and Freight / Consumables Management
Operational coordination and local expertise
Demand Planning and Forecasting
Purchasing and RFQs of logistics services
Logistics Team Management,Tranings,Team buidings
Quick Response Logistics
Service provider Invoice verifications and approvals
Any additional projects / tasks from the management, as required
Transport Management ( Inbound & Outbound) when applicable
Customer complaints management
Occasionally support the management of the customer in terms
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
At least 8 years' of experience in Inventory Management, Warehousing (3PL) and Customs clearance
Experienced in SAP working environment
Intermediate MS Office software literacy
Forecast and inventory planning and supply chain management
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
