This role will be supporting all ourTrinny London Counters across Australia. You will be responsible for supporting the induction, development, and leadership of thestore managers, makeup artists, and skincare coaches, delivering service training, hosting events and shop floor coaching to drive performance across all AU stores.
This will be a full-time role; you will be required to visit all the stores and ideally, your home location (Sydney or Melbourne), will beclose to one of the stores as this will be your base when not traveling to our other sites.

- This role is responsible for delivering and developing the Trinny London education strategy to achieve clearly defined brand retail and service objectives.
- Implement and execute a comprehensive education program to ensure that our team can deliver a high standard of service and possess outstanding product knowledge and demonstration skills.
- Lead and deliver effective and inspirational training of all Trinny London courses through a blend of in-store, shop floor, and workshop training.
- Train and monitor all team members to help them achieve KPls and provide ongoing training wherever necessary.
- Ensure the impact of all training is measured, and continuous feedback is given to the Business Development Manager in Australia and the Education Manager in the UK.
- Provide counsel to senior managers on other training needs and events to ensure continuous improvement and desired learning outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality training with confidence reflecting Trinny London philosophy of 'Be Your Best'.
- Train and host engaging and educational masterclasses in-store.
- Requirements
- The key skills and experience required for this role are
- Experience working within the beauty industry / shop floor
- Demonstrated experience in makeup
- Possess proven ability to deliver training programs
- Strong ability in coaching to deliver high performance
- Clear, consistent, and motivational communication
- Outstanding presenter and public speaker
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build talent capability to drive business growth
- Able to identify training needs, define learning outcomes and construct content to develop these needs
- You will be required to work retail hours at times in this role and as such weekend availability is also required.
