You will oversee the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures that drive the banks' current culture, continued growth, success, and value for its members.As a trusted advisor to the business, its clients and the Board; the successful candidate will develop the distribution strategy to maximise market potential; create an environment that drives innovation and improvement, effectively manage risk and drive a culture of customer focus aligned to the group's core values.With relevant tertiary qualifications, you possess significant knowledge of the Financial Services industry and in particular the Mutual Banking sector.

This position will suit a current CEO of a smaller mutual, Deputy CEO / C-level executive in a larger mutual or possibly a CEO of a Non for Profit with previous banking experience, aligning mutual values.You will have contemporary knowledge of the legislative and regulatory requirements of an ADI, combined with a demonstrable record of accomplishment of leading and delivering growth.
