Head Chef / Pizza Chef

We're looking for a Head Chef who lives and breathes pizza. Someone who's experienced in dough , knows their way around a deck oven, and can lead a kitchen with calm and confidence. You'll be in charge of kitchen operations, cost control, food safety, and building a strong team culture.

Oversee dough prep, ingredient quality, and daily kitchen operations

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at the highest level

Monitor food costs and wastage, manage stock levels and supplier relationships

Collaborate with owners on seasonal specials and menu evolution

Create efficient prep systems to keep service smooth and fast-paced

What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a pizzeria or fast-paced kitchen

Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation and baking techniques

Ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team

Strong understanding of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Passion for food, creativity, and a desire to build something from the ground up
