We're looking for a Head Chef who lives and breathes pizza. Someone who's experienced in dough , knows their way around a deck oven, and can lead a kitchen with calm and confidence. You'll be in charge of kitchen operations, cost control, food safety, and building a strong team culture.

What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a pizzeria or fast-paced kitchen
Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation and baking techniques
Ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performing team
Strong understanding of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Passion for food, creativity, and a desire to build something from the ground up
