• The Job Role
• Lead and motivate a 50+ team
• Strong team player with a 'can do' approach
• Experienced in managing profit and margin targets
• Deliver on Grocery Department standards and service
• Coach and develop your direct team in day to day operations
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Control stock orders and stock on hand to customer needs
• Build upon the store culture of customer engagement
• What you will Have
• 3+yrs experience in a supermarket / grocery environment
• Motivational leader, coach and mentor
• Strong business acumen, kpi driven and results focused
• Customer first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for food, service and retail
