We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Designer to join our team in loyalty to develop and refine digital products that solve user problems, enhance user engagement, and meet business objectives through innovative and effective design solutions. You will leverage user research and data analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring the creation of products that align with user needs and market trends.

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Designer working for Kmart you will :

• Establish and communicate a clear design vision that supports the overall product strategy and contributes to the roadmap for Kmart & Target.
• Harmonise technological feasibility, user requirements, and business goals to deliver well-rounded, practical design solutions.
• Work closely with IT, marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate design research, data, and market analysis into the product development process
• Apply UX / UI principles to enhance product usability and satisfaction, ensuring designs are user-friendly and meet regulatory standards
• Advocate for and implement industry best practices and emerging trends in design.
• Share insights and knowledge through presentations, workshops, and internal communications to inspire and educate the team, contributing to the Kmart Group's centre of design excellence.
