Offering part-time hours (school-friendly), this role is ideal if you’re seeking flexibility to balance other commitments, considering a career pivot, or eager to gain valuable experience in the higher education sector.The role : Under the guidance of the Customer Success Lead, you will play a key role in supporting change initiatives in the IT / digital space. Your responsibilities will include : Conducting stakeholder impact assessments.Developing and executing change management, communication, and engagement plans.Creating knowledge content and coordinating / delivering training sessions.Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.Maintaining documentation to meet governance requirements.This fixed term (January - June), part-time role (17.5 hours per week across three days) offers the flexibility to make a meaningful contribution while managing other commitments. A minimum of two days each week will be based onsite at our Callaghan campus, located on Awabakal and Worimi land.About you : Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following : Qualifications and previous experience in change management or relevant field.Proven track record in supporting change / adoption of processes, policies, or IT solutions.Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging materials such as promotional and instructional content.Familiarity with academic processes and policies would be advantageous.Please note : You must have ongoing work rights in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Why join us?This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a change management and adoption team that values continuous improvement in a supportive and collaborative environment.
