Job Title – EUC Support Engineer

Job Location – Melbourne, VIC

Experience – 3+ Years

Employment Type – Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated EUC Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in desktop and end‑user support. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support to users via phone, email, remote, and onsite support
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
  • Support device management tools such as Intune or SCCM
  • Perform device imaging, software installations, and patch updates
  • Log and manage incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Assist in hardware rollouts, upgrades, and office relocations
  • Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely resolution

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
  • Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
