Job Title – EUC Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated EUC Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in desktop and end‑user support. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support to users via phone, email, remote, and onsite support
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Support device management tools such as Intune or SCCM
- Perform device imaging, software installations, and patch updates
- Log and manage incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Assist in hardware rollouts, upgrades, and office relocations
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely resolution
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
