An Employment Consultants Day involves :

Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills abilities and secure employment
Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients employers and stakeholders
Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support services
Creating tailoring and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey and into sustainable employment
Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers registered training organisations and community organisations

Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks

Excellent communication skills and positive attitude

Have full working rights in Australia

Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
